Who is licensed in International Referral Associates?

International Referral Associates is a Pennsylvania licensed real estate brokerage company established in Carnegie, Pennsylvania.  Its sole purpose is to hold real estate licenses for individuals not actively engaged in listing and selling real estate.

International Referral Associates is a referral company designed to maximize the benefit to a referring agent by featuring access to the most productive real estate sales associates in the world.  By referring to top producing agents, the International Referral Associate dramatically increases their odds of collecting a referral fee due to the exceptional referral conversion rate of our affiliate's system .   

An International Referral Associates referring agent has the ability to negotiate their referral fees directly with most agents.  The commission split paid to the International Referral Associate is 70% of the referral commission earned with only 30% remaining with the company.. 

Why do non-practicing licensed agents transfer their licenses to International Referral Associates?

A person with a license has about three different options in Pennsylvania if they are not active practitioners: 

            1.  Put the license in escrow with the State of Pennsylvania chancing expiration.

            2.  Leave it with a traditional real estate firm, with low traditional splits and  pay MLS and/or dues to  the local, State, and National Association of Realtors.

3.      Hang the license with a specific referral company such as International Referral Associates where there are no MLS and/or Board of Realtor expenses while earning a high commission split.
